LEGO Movie Climbs to Top Box Office


Everything is indeed awesome for anyone connected to The LEGO Movie.The animated blockbuster earned more than $69 million on its opening weekend, helped by rave reviews from critics. The moive did so well it turned out to be the second-largest February debut of all-time after the $83m Fri-Sun number for The Passion of the Christ ten years ago.

Hundreds Mourn Philip Seymour Hoffman At New York Funeral


A private funeral was held for Philip Seymour Hoffman Friday. Some 400 friends and family gathered to say their goodbyes. The pain over the loss was evident in the faces the actors friends and family on Friday as they all gathered together to say farewell and pay their respects.

First Peek At Michael Bay’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie‏


Pictures from the Michael Bay produced reboot of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have surfaced online. The Turtles look like they have been on a solid steroid regiment, complete with what seems to be lips. Pics of the Shredder, the heroes in the half-shell’s #1 enemy, also made the rounds. Other pictures of the members of the team are available, showing their signature bandanna colour as well as their weapons.
