Lionsgate is celebrating the first 20 years of Quentin Tarantino’s career and the 20th anniversary of Reservoir Dogs by compiling a collection of films handpicked by the filmmaker to release in an impressive Blu-ray box set.
The result is the Tarantino XX: 8-Film Collection, an impressive 10-disc loaded with great films and five hours of all-new bonus features, plus cover art designed by Mondo. The films chosen by Tarantino for inclusion in the set are Reservoir Dogs, True Romance Director’s Cut, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Kill Bill Vol. 1, Kill Bill Vol. 2, Death Proof and Inglourious Basterds. Sorry, From Dusk Till Dawn fans. That film either didn’t make the cut or Lionsgate couldn’t obtain the appropriate rights to include it.
