Dane Dorozan, 35(left), of Abbotsford was arrested August 15, 2011 by the Surrey RCMP’s Property Crime Target Team. Dorozan and his brother Darwin, 36, (right) are believed to be responsible for at least 20 break and enters in Surrey, Langley, White Rock and New West.

VANCOUVER — The U.S. housing crash has lured some marijuana growers to move their operations south of the border, according to an internal RCMP report obtained by the Vancouver Sun.
