The woman received the spreadsheet in an email, which she called “immature” and “inflammatory” as she drove to the airport to embark on a 10-day business trip and promptly posted it to the popular forum Reddit.

Apple Rumored to Acquire Beats for 3.2 Billion, Dr Dre to Become Hip Hop’s First Billionaire


When the news broke yesterday that Apple was rumored to be in negotiations to purchase the Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine founded Beats Electronics, the big headline was the $3.2 billion price tag. While Beats is certainly an enormously valuable company, that’s an awful lot of money and it would be the priciest acquisition of a company by Apple in the company’s history.

Poker Champ Phil Ivey Cheated His Way To $9.6 Million


The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, N.J., believes the professional card player Phil Ivey used a technique called “edge sorting” to bilk the establish out of millions of dollars. In a federal lawsuit filed on Tuesday, the Borgata accuses Ivey and an unnamed accomplice of manipulating a flaw in a certain type of playing card to identify valuable cards in baccarat, the Associated Press reported. According to the lawsuit, Ivey used the method, known as “edge sorting,” to earn $9.6 million during four visits to the casino in 2012.
