The Burrito Cake


This delicious creation was made by Elizabeth Marek at Oregon’s Artisan Cake Company, and it looks good enough to eat. The cake itself is chocolate with peanut butter mousse filling, but you’d never know it from the outside. The tortilla is made from fondant icing and scorched with a blowtorch. The rice, meat, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and olives are all fondant. The guacamole and sour cream is buttercream.
